How could you be an ethical consumer  ?
I’m going to take all the products I talked about in the first article “What is ethical consumerism?” and explain how you could shop ethically those products.

FASHION AND CLOTHING :
Being an ethical consumer in fashion and clothing means that you buy only sustainable clothes and that you know how they have been products. It’s also important to recycle your clothing and shoes, and that you buy products that have the fashion certifications schemes you can trust.

FOOD AND DRINK :
Being an ethical consumer in food and drink means that you buy only sustainable food and drinks. Moreover, it means that you delete all the products that have a bad impact on the world in your alimentation (for example products with palm oil). You have also to buy food that has a Food Label for example.
HEALTH AND BEAUTY :
Being an ethical consumer in health and beauty means that you use only products that are produced in a good way (better for the environment). It also exists a company that explains how to know cosmetics are really organic, and ethical company green people.

TECHNOLOGY :
Being an ethical consumer in technology means that you can harness the tech takeover by learn how to recycle electrical goods, learn what to do with your old mobile phone (etc), and that you may ask yourselves the good questions before buying technological products.

To conclude, if you want to be an ethical consumer you have to buy the most ethical, you also have to reduce your consumption, recycle your products, help re-invigorate your local community, look for trusted labels and take back the control of your money.
